There are a HUGE number of companies advertising online TV services on the internet and the end result of each service is actually going to be roughly the same no matter which you choose. Each one has roughly the same channels to offer and will offer the same quality picture as their competition, there will be a few channel differences but I can say they are a good 98% identical.
The difference is in their presentation, ease of use and of course support. Taking just support as a consideration will eliminate 95% of all providers out there, as most are simply 'one man bands' and thus cant offer any support at all.

(I have had a few people complain about the quality of the iSoftware TV package recently and so I am crossing that one out for now. Everything from iSoftware TV is included in the Satellite PC Pro package so there really is no reason to go with iSoftware anymore).
Now while I enjoy having this software, and given that it is a one time only purchase you can use it forever and ever, I will say that you get better quality TV from my other methods. In particular the option to watch BBC iPlayer abroad or Hulu outside the US. Though there is no reason not to have both!
