The first episode will see Gok cook a simple, yet delicious dish – egg fired rice. When Gok shows us how he makes this dish he will be joined by Poppa Wan, who is his father and also a professional chef, which may explain why Gok also has this passion for cooking. You will also be able to enjoy watching Gok prepare another of his favourite dishes named char sui pork, and maybe even grabs some tips so you can try cooking this dish at home too! Also during this episode Gok will visit a restaurant in London named Hakkasan, where he will watch how the professionals do it. During his visit the chefs will create several delicious meals such as spiced king prawns and cashew nuts, as well as a tasty black bean sauce with beef.
